The EU is pushing for a common asylum system in the European Union. Some EU-countries resist to this idea but the EU-commission wants to implement the common asylum system anyhow.
The EU-commission wants to have an common asylum system within EU. Countries like Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and Czech disagree. Now the EU-commission wants to make this asylum system anyhow, without regards to protesting countries. In the EU-parliament it is Cecilia Wikstöm who is leading the job to create a common asylum sytem within EU. She says.
– This time we’ll make the asylum system in EU mandatory for all countries.
250 000 EURO IN FINES FOR EVERY REFUSED REFUGEE
The EU-commission wants that all refugees are going to have three years of temporary residence permittion. A EU-country can say no to accept refugees but in that case the country has to pay about 250 000 euro for each refused refugee.
The Swedish prime minister Stefan Löfven put Sweden in havoc when he imported about 200 000 refugees in 2015. For the moment he is traveling around EU and pushing the “Swedish model”. Stefan Löfvens consideration is that “we must all take responsibility for the refugee crises”.
